
(2023) Art Direction of the Etihad Horizon Club, Etihad's official loyalty platform. The platform has been designed to provide a gamified and engaging experience to loyalty members and new users. Over 6 months following the platform's launch, Etihad has registered a customer spending increase of 10%.

Horizon Club
The Art Direction involved a careful study of Etihad's brand identity and design guidelines, to seamlessly and coherently project the brand forwards into a futuristic virtual dimension.


Looking ahead into Etihad's loyalty 'horizon', the objective was to build a cohesive digital experience, one that would accurately reflect the company's latest embrace of technology and innovation.
Etihad's audience was introduced to a simultaneously new and familiar side of the brand, a futuristic world all to explore.


Livery cards were developed to be paired with each digital collectible, to clearly display the aircraft's details and benefits while also furthering the gaming narrative.

Owners were able to display their collectible three-dimensionally, explore the aircraft interiors and view the livery design from all angles.
The viewport's theme was also customisable with different collaborations with artists and brands.
